Jackie Kosmacki

I'm a NYC-based filmmaker working to make genre-bending, risk-taking films, and striving to engage audiences with captivating visual storytelling through a queer lens. Growing up trans in a military family led me to film and TV as a means of escape, rebellion, and purpose. I started making videos young, but I began screenwriting in earnest in 2014 and directing soon after that. In that time, I've made two features and nine shorts. I'm pursuing an MFA in Directing from the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, where I'm currently working on my thesis film.
